What is your favorite style of dance and why?
I love contemporary, because I get to constantly challenge myself to find new ways to use my body. It’s like creating art through dancing!

How many do you attend each year? 5 – 10
What is your favorite dance you are performing this year?
My solo, “Becoming” – I get to use a really different and unique prop, and even though it is contemporary, it has a lot of ballet influence as well.

I love a good tilt!
Who inspires you?
My teachers, my peers, other dancers I see at competition and convention.

What is your favorite dance TV show?
SYTYCD-I got to meet Fik-Shun last year in Cali!!
What is your favorite dancewear?
I love my outfits from OxyJen,and I have several custom outfits from Sandy Rodgers that I can’t live without.
What is your favorite dance moment?
I was selected as a finalist for Abby Lee’s Orlando casting, Top 20 out of 300. The audition lasted 12 hours, and the talent in the room was amazing, so I was so excited to be selected! I filmed a TV Show and a music video last summer too, and working my first professional jobs is something I don’t think I will ever forget! Also, having my solo, I Had A Pearl, and my Group, Say Something, featured on DancingwithYT on youtube made my year! I was so excited when I saw it I screamed out loud!!

If you could choreograph a dance for your studio what song and style of dance would you choose?
Love Love Love by Monsters and Men. I Love love love the song, and can just see exactly how the dancers would fit the movement!
